个人简介
陈君诚,男,30岁,博士学历,就职于公共卫生学院营养教研室,研究方向为功能碳水化合物,探究天然产物中功能性成分(特别是功能性多糖)的高效分离纯化、结构鉴定及生物活性功能。熟练掌握多糖甲基化实验及数据分析;熟悉多糖 1D/2D NMR 图谱的分析;熟悉天然产物降血糖功效的评价方法和体系的构建及其对肠道菌群的影响。已第一作者发表SCI学术论文6篇,单篇被引60多次。
