个人简介
何海,男,1988年08月出生,湖北武汉人,南方医科大学公共卫生与预防医学博士后;海南医科大学公共卫生学院硕士研究生导师,海南自由贸易港D类高层次人才(拔尖人才)。主要从事营养活性物质的构效关系以及在慢性病防治方面的研究工作。承担本科生《预防医学》《营养与食品卫生学》和《预防医学实验》等课程。担任广东省医药质量管理协会营养与食品质量管理专业委员会常务委员,海南省预防医学会营养学专业委员会委员。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、海南省自然科学基金面上项目、广东省基础与应用基础研究青年项目、海南医科大学高层次人才引进-领军人才项目。在Food Hydrocolloids,Food Research International,LWT-Food Science and Technology,Journal of Functional Foods,Food & Function等国内外期刊和杂志发表论文10余篇,申请和授权国家发明专利2件。担任International Journal of Biological Macromolecules,Frontiers in Nutrition等杂志审稿人。
